As a solo practitioner, Kevin handles every aspect of each client’s case and personally interacts with each client he represents. Although he works primarily on divorce, custody, and child support, Kevin’s legal knowledge extends to restraining orders and adoption cases.

Kevin is well known in the Norfolk and Bristol County probate courts. In addition to representing his clients, Kevin participates in the “Lawyer for a Day” program at the Norfolk County Probate and Family court and volunteers in the ARC program representing children in Noroflk, Bristol, and Plymouth County. As a volunteer attorney, Kevin provides legal advice to individuals and families who are in court without their own representation. Kevin has a history of community service; he has been a hotline crisis counselor at the Samaritan’s volunteer center.

Prior to earning his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, Kevin worked in publishing as an indexer for Macmillan in Indianapolis. Kevin left Macmillan – and his Colts season tickets – to move to Boston, where he founded his own indexing company that specialized in computer guides and professional texts.

At Suffolk Law, Kevin received the Jurisprudence Award in Fiduciary Relations, was awarded Honors for his performance at the Juvenile Justice Clinic and was selected as an aide to the Public Administrator for the Commonwealth, Professor Charles Rounds, Jr.

When he is not advocating for his clients in court, researching Massachusetts’s case law Kevin enjoys spending time with his Wife, his three children, and for you J.D. Salinger fans, Franny and Zooey, a French Bulldog and Beagle-Hound mix.
